7. No Returns and Refunds
No Return Policy
Due to the nature of our cosmetic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please ensure you review your order carefully before making a purchase.
Exceptions
In the event that a product you receive is defective or damaged, please contact us at glopify@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order. We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund for defective or damaged products. Please make a unboxing video for the same to get the claim.
